COUPON & PROMOTIONAL TERMS

The following terms and conditions apply to all coupons, discount codes, promotional offers, and vouchers ("Coupons") accepted by STRX Technologies, LLC ("STRX"). By using or attempting to use a Coupon, you agree to these terms.
1. General Redemption Rules
One Per Customer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the coupon itself, all Coupons are limited to one (1) use per customer.
Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, or bartered.
No Cash Value: Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or store credit.
Expiration: Coupons are invalid after the expiration date stated on the offer. If no date is stated, the Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
2. Stacking & Combinability
We operate under a strict "No Stacking" policy.
No Combining Coupons: You may not combine multiple Coupons or discount codes in a single transaction.
STRX Complete Members: Coupons CANNOT be combined with STRX Complete or Remote Support member discounts (e.g., the 10% member discount).
"Best Value" Rule: If a customer is eligible for multiple discounts (e.g., a Member Discount AND a Coupon), only the single highest discount will be applied. We will automatically apply the discount that provides the greatest savings to you.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
Unless a Coupon explicitly states otherwise, the following standard exclusions apply to all offers:
Labor Only: Coupons apply strictly to Service Labor Fees (e.g., diagnostics, virus removal, repairs). Coupons DO NOT apply to hardware, parts, or software costs.
Sale Items: Items or services already marked down, on clearance, or part of a "Bundle Deal" are ineligible for further coupon discounts.
Taxes & Shipping: Coupons apply to the subtotal of the service/product price only. They do not reduce shipping charges or sales tax.
4. Specific Offer Terms: "SCANNED" Code
The following terms apply specifically to the promotional code "SCANNED" found on STRX Technologies business cards:
Offer: $50.00 OFF your first service of $100.00 or more.
Eligibility: Valid for New Customers Only (Residential or Business).
Scope: Applies to Service Labor Fees Only. The cost of parts (e.g., screens, hard drives, batteries) does not count toward the $100.00 minimum requirement.
Restrictions: Limit one per customer/business entity. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
5. Specific Offer Terms: "STRX x Intel" Social Media & Google My Business Promo
The following terms apply specifically to the STRX x INTEL Partnership Promotion found on STRX Technologies Social Media, Google My Business, and other reposted platforms:
Offer: 50% OFF Computer Repairs (including Upgrades), Data Transfers, Data Erasure, and Tech Recycling
Eligibility: Valid from 4/13/2026 - 5/30/2026 @ 11:59 PM EST/EDT
Scope: Applies to Service Labor Fees Only. The cost of parts (e.g., screens, hard drives, batteries), tax, software (e.g., Windows License, STRX Complete Plans, Bitdefender Antivirus), and shipping costs do not receive the 50% off promotion.
Restrictions: Cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit of 5 Devices for Consumer & Business Repairs. Not valid on software or subscription plans. Not valid on STRX Accessories.
Notice: Intel Corporation is not a sponsor of this promotion. Intel, the Intel logo, Intel Core Ultra, and the Intel Core Ultra logo are property of Intel Corporation.
6. Email & Digital Coupons
Intended Recipient: Coupons distributed via email are intended solely for the recipient of the email. We reserve the right to verify that the email address on the order matches the email address that received the offer.
Unique Codes: Single-use unique codes will be deactivated immediately after checkout. Attempts to reuse a code by creating multiple accounts will result in order cancellation and potential account suspension.
7. Modification & Rights
STRX Technologies, LLC reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke any Coupon or promotional offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We reserve the right to decline a Coupon if we suspect fraud, misuse, or technical errors in the discount calculation.
