Return / Refund Policy

We are glad you have chosen STRX Technologies for your Technology needs. This document is broken up into four sections.

Custom Computers, Services, Claims, and Refund Timelines

For ease of reading, we are using terms such as you (the customer) us, our (STRX Technologies) carrier / shipper (The shipping company), Insurer (Asurion, Akko, or Allstate), and payment processor (PayPal, Stripe, or AMEX.

For physical products sold by STRX Technologies, LLC subsidiaries, the Claims section of this return policy applies.

Custom Computers

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and returns are not accepted for custom computers. This includes the tiers such as Basic, Premium, Mid, etc... If a product is damaged in shipping, however, you will need to file a claim with us. (Refer to Claims) If your computer has issues and you have purchased a protection plan (normally via one of our Insurers) you will need to refer to your Protection Plans Terms of Service.

Services

All services are non-refundable unless authorized by a member of management. PARTS may be refunded if the service cannot be completed, however, if the part is being used as a part of a repair process and you decline any additional parts or services needed for the repair a restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund. ALL SERVICE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE SERVICE COULD NOT BE COMPLETED, EXCLUDING DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES AND UN-SUCCESSFUL INSTALL SERVICES REQUIRING ADITIONAL PARTS TO COMPLETE. ALL ACCESSORIES, CABLES, AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE RETURN OR IT WILL BE DENIED. PRODUCTS MUST BE IN LIKE NEW CONDITION TO RETURN. Services that include parts may be refunded 48 hours before the appointment date, however, you will be subject to a cancelation and restocking fee of $45. After the part is returned to the manufacturer the refund will be issued, transit times may take up to 10 business days. Pre-paid services without parts may be refunded 24 hours before the appointment date, if you request a refund within 12 hours of the appointment time you may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. All digital services are NON-REFUNDABLE, THIS INCLUDES UNLIMITED PLAN MEMBERSHIPS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE SERVICES ARE BEING PREFORMED. DEFECTIVE PARTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, HOWEVER, ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT AS LONG AS THE PART IS STILL IN THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY OR HAS AN ACTIVE PROTECTION PLAN. THIS EXCLUDES REFURBISHED, DISCONTINUED, OR PRE-OWNED PARTS WITHOUT A PROTECTION PLAN. If you still face issues with your device before 15 calendar days, you may contact us for further servicing. Depending on the issue with your device, additional servicing may be required, which may incur additional parts needing to be purchased by you. Services such as Networking, Alarm System Installs, Smart Home and Camera System Installs, Virus Removal, Unlimited Plans, Data Recovery, or Smart Home Bundle Installs are NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Claims

If your device was damaged in shipping, we will happily issue a refund or replacement after a claim is approved. Claims are approved on a case-by-case basis and are normally approved by the shipper.

You may be required to ship the product back to us or to a third party, further details will be provided. You will receive a replacement product shipped to you once your claim has been approved or a refund for the product price excluding any taxes or shipping fees. Additional information may be required by the shipper.

Please keep the original packaging, all parts, accessories, shipping box. (This includes but not limited to: Original Shipping Box with Label, Product Box, Computer (with no parts missing), Keyboard and Mouse, HDMI / Display Port Cable, Power Cable) during the claim as you will need to ship this back to us. Failure to ship any and all accessories and packaging will result in your claim being DENIED. All returned products will be inspected to ensure no parts were missing or swapped, parts missing from the system or replaced will result in your claim being DENIED.

Refund Timelines

Refund timelines vary based on the method of purchase. We aim to provide refunds to PayPal Balances, Credit and Debit Cards, and Bank Accounts within 3-5 Business Days (Excluding Holidays). Payments using financing such as Affirm, Klarna, PayPal Credit, or Afterpay typically take 3-7 business days to post but in some cases may take up to 30 calendar days for the refund to post. All refunds are subject to your financial institution and our payment processors' timelines.
