Subscription Agreement

Monthly Subscription

Automatic Payments and Card on File: You authorize automatic monthly payments and agree to keep a card on file. This agreement will remain in effect unless another arrangement is made in writing.
Non-Cancelable Contract: You are entering a 12-month non-cancelable and non-refundable contract.
Early Cancellation Fee: Early cancellation will result in a fee of 35% of the remaining balance or $100, whichever is higher.
Late Payment and Cancellation: A $20 late fee will be charged for any missed, late, or declined payment after 10 days. If a payment is 30 days late, the subscription will be canceled, and the early cancellation fee will apply.

Annual Subscription

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time left. Your subscription will end at 12:00 AM EST on the day of your renewal.

General Terms

Device Condition: You agree that your device is virus and malware-free before purchasing a subscription.
Tech Support: Unlimited tech support refers to waiving the 1-hour tech support fee for issues; all other service costs will apply with your included discount as advertised on the site.
Price Changes: Prices may change at any time, and customers will be notified before their subscription renews. Annual subscribers will not be charged any price differences until their billing cycle renews.
No Hardware or Software Warranty: STRX Technologies is not responsible for hardware or software issues while on an unlimited plan; this is NOT A DEVICE WARRANTY.
Agreement and Terms of Service: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this agreement and the terms of service.
Changes to Terms: The terms of this agreement may change at any time, and users will be notified of any changes.
